Zaign offers returns and exchanges on products purchased directly through our website within seven days of receipt, provided that items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is received in a faulty or damaged condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days once the return is approved.
