Shipping & Returns Policy

At Zaign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy applies only to products purchased directly from our official website. To be eligible, items must remain unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within seven days of delivery. Customers can easily request a return or exchange through our website within this period. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality check to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven to ten business days. Exchanges are also available during the same seven-day window. However, if the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose either a full refund or store credit.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately. In such cases, Zaign will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund at no additional expense.

Please note that certain items, such as products marked as final sale or clearance, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
