Return & Exchange Policy
At Zaign, we want you to love every purchase you make. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
You may return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery, provided that the items are in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that our return and exchange services apply only to items purchased directly from our official website.
To begin the process, simply reach out to our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization along with detailed instructions. We ask that items are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. For added security, we recommend using a trackable courier service, as Zaign cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges are also welcome. If you’d like a different size or style, you can return the item and place a new order for the desired product. We do not charge additional shipping fees for exchanges.
For hygiene reasons, certain categories — including lingerie and intimate wear — are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange for a swift replacement or refund at no extra cost.
